At the moment, only a few people still know our traditional varieties. This course allows you to discover our magnificent diversity of fruit varieties. It is aimed not only at people who have already followed this training or who have knowledge of fruit determination but also at beginners wishing to learn. This course, offered by our colleagues at the Basel headquarters, Gertrud Burger and Frits Brunner, will be translated into French by an employee of the ProSpecieRara Suisse romande office. It is built on several modules.
